Firearms Purchasing Instructions

  • Purchase firearms will be sent to an FFL Dealer of the Purchaser's choice.
     
  • The purchaser must have the FFL Dealer of choice email or Fax a copy of their FFL to:

  • The firearm will be sent to the FFL dealer once Florida Silencer receives payment in full.
     
  • Customers FFL Dealer will complete background check and application form.
     
  • Fees from chosen dealer may apply.
     
  • Shipping charges will be billed upon shipment of the firearm.
  • Florida Residents must add 6% sales Tax.

Shipping and Payment Instructions

  • Due to shipping regulations, all firearms are to be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex Next DayAir.
     
  • The customer is responsible for insuring his or her own shipment to Florida Silencer.
     
  • Florida Silencer will insure the firearm for return shipment.
     
  • Florida Silencer will accept payment in the form of MasterCard, Visa, personal check, money order, or cashier's check.
     
  • RESIDENTS OF FLORIDA PLEASE ADD 6% SALES TAX.
     
  • MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO: FLORIDA SILENCER.
     
  • Return shipment will be billed with return of your firearm.
     
  • If paying by credit card, shipping will be billed to your credit card on return shipment.  

FLORIDA SILENCER return ships via UPS only and will use UPS Next Day Air Saver where available.  Slides only will be USPS priority.

Payment Options

  • We prefer customers order via the website. Customers can pay with VISA, or MasterCard, or Discover
     
  • If problems with on-line ordering, call us at (321) 300-4079 to place your order with Visa, MC, or Discover
     
  • To pay with money order, please use contact address.
     
  • Florida residents pay 6.0% sales tax.
     
  • Please note: Your card is processed at time of ordering. If an item is in stock on the site and discovered out of stock at shipping, your card will be credited for the item in a separate transaction.

Refund/Return Policy

All products are new and under warranty. If product is defective, please contact manufacturer directly for replacement. Used items cannot be returned (this includes opening the packaging and firearms that have been transferred). Be sure to inspect your firearm at your dealer, once transferred you cannot return it.

  •  Actual shipping costs for returns/exchanges are not reimbursable.
     
  • If no shipping was charged and all items are returned, the initial shipping cost will be charged.
     
  • 15% Restocking Fee on all returns including those orders placed online and cancelled prior to shipment.
     
  • 30 day exchange/return policy from purchase date (above restocking fee applies and the item must be unused). You must first receive approval before doing this, email us or call.
